Meet Your Tumor: A Therapeutic Plush Companion

The Vision

Inspired by I Heart Guts' plush organs, the Pancreatic Cancer Network's (PanCAN) "Know Your Tumor" database, and my high-school host-sister's Master's thesis on theatrical involvement as an intervention for cancer survival, I had a vision years ago.

The vision involves a plush organ, product design based on informed precision medicine, and a patient's autonomy to interact with their biological antagonist as they see fit.

More to come! Stay tuned.

In the meantime, enjoy this photo of me reading Gray's Anatomy to my I Heart Guts' plush liver Kupffer–Browicz (Kupffer-Bee, for short).
